Q. Can I refer anyone?
A. Yes. You can refer a friend, spouse, family member, neighbour or business associate.
Q. Can I refer more than one person?
A. Absolutely! For every person you refer, you'll both get certificates for the Organic Milk & Petals Pedicure (30-min).
Q. Can I refer someone who is an existing Elixir Organic Spa client?
A. Sorry. This promotion is designed to encourage new people to try our spa.
Q. I've never been to your spa before. Can I still refer someone?
A. Yes. Just give us a call/email and let us know the name of the person you referred. We'll keep your pedicure gift certificate on file for you.
Q. I've never been to your spa before. Can I refer myself?
A. Sorry, you cannot refer yourself.
Q. Can I combine two 30-min pedicures for a full 60-min pedicure?
A. Sorry, we cannot combine two promotional certificates. If you like, you can upgrade to a full 60-min pedicure for an additional $25.
Q. Can I substitute my pedicure for another service or product?
A. Sorry, promotional certificates cannot be substituted for other services or products.
Q. I referred several people and now I have several pedicure certificates. Do they expire?
A. The pedicure vouchers do not expire. You can bank them and use them at a later time. Or you can share them with others.
Q. Are my pedicure certificates transferable?
A. Yes, you can share or transfer your pedicure vouchers to another person. Simply give us a call to make the arrangements. 416-203-5261
Q. Can you pass along my pedicure gift certificate to me via the person I referred?
A. If you give us permission in advance, we'll pass along your pedicure certificate to you. If we don't hear from you, we'll keep your pedicure certificate(s) on file until you're ready to redeem them.
Q. Do I have to have my pedicure at the same time as the person I referred?
A. No. You can enjoy your pedicures together or separately, at your own convenience.
